At Aureza, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return option according to the policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, tags, or protective materials.
  • The item must not show any signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
  • Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt must be provided.

If these conditions are not met, Aureza reserves the right to decline the return request.


Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please send an email to our support team including:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and email used for the purchase
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the product if it is damaged or defective

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Customers must securely package the product to prevent damage during shipping.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Aureza.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Aureza cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Restocking Fees

Aureza does not charge any restocking fees for returned products.


Final Sale Items

Aureza does not classify any items as final sale, meaning eligible items may be returned within the allowed return period as long as they meet the return conditions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order details

After verification, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

Return shipping will be covered by Aureza if the issue was caused by us.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs from the original order are not refundable.

If you have not received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
